Galway award winning traditional musician and folk singer Matt Keane is one of the renowned Keane family from Caherlistrane in Co.Galway. In 2007 he recorded his first album in his own right ‘Out In The Fields’ and followed up with a second album featuring his daughter Orlaith entitled ‘Pictures in Time’ in 2008. Matt is as comfortable singing Johnny Cash or Kenny Rogers numbers as traditional Irish songs as he is a lover of both genres.
